All are welcome to join us as we study God’s Word!

For those helping, please be here at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday and use the South church door across from the parsonage. Please try to be here if you can. Bazaar projects can be brought in on Tuesday morning, October 14th. Please have them marked with a price and who they are made by. There are brochures in the narthex advertising the German Dinner coming up. Please take them and place them in businesses in the area or if you have a Facebook page please use it to spread the word.

THANK YOU to everyone who helped on Saturday morning to prepare food and set-up for the upcoming bazaar & dinner.

ST JAMES REFORMATION FESTIVAL will take place the last Sunday of October after church. We will have our soup and dessert contest, games and plenty of fellowship!

VOTERS meetings will be after church today.

Today is Pastor Appreciation Day. Please let Pastor know how much you appreciate him and all he does for our congregation!

PACK AWAY HUNGER: It’s that time of year again where we join the fight against food insecurity in our community and in the world through Pack Away Hunger! The event is November 8th at Monticello United Methodist Church and how many meals to be packed that day fully depends on how much money can be raised. Like many things, the cost of meals this year has increased, reaching a price point of about $0.40 per meal, with the minimum amount of meals we can pack at 30,000. That means $12,000 has to be raised to host the event. Please consider sponsoring meals to help those who may not know where their next meal is coming from.
